When you check availability or complete a reservation through our website, your booking details (dates, room selection, name, email, phone, and payment information) are collected and processed by our booking engine partner, SecureBookings/HotelLink, to confirm and manage your stay. We do not store your payment card details on our own servers.
Our Tours page uses a booking widget provided by Bokun to display and process reservations for tours and activities. When you browse or book a tour through this widget, Bokun may collect information directly, subject to their own privacy policy.
When you submit a message through our contact form, the information you provide (name, email, phone, and message) is processed by our form provider, Formspree, and delivered to us by email so we can respond to your inquiry. It is not used for any other purpose.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, as WhatsApp is operated by Meta.
We may use website analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console) to understand how visitors use our site, including pages viewed and general location data. This information is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We also share the information described above with the service providers named in this policy (our booking engine, tour widget, form provider, and analytics tools) solely to provide the related service.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Booking and contact form information is retained for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
